About Tammy

I think I’ve just about always had camera in my hand. I owe it to my dad, really. My love for photography started on a family vacation when he suggested a photo contest. While I can’t remember what the prize was, I can remember the joy of winning our little contest.

I left my home in rural Kentucky to attend Liberty University where I graduated in 2002 with a degree in Communications, specializing in Graphics Design. After graduating I moved to Louisville and soon after found a job working in a local photo studio. I worked for a couple different studios, gaining experience, before launching my business in 2008.

For more than 15 years I’ve been privileged to work as a professional photographer in the Louisville area. I find it incredibly fulfilling to capture the moments, smiles, and memories that are unique to each individual and family. I offer a unique and very convenient photography style. By moving beyond the confines of a studio, I enjoy meeting clients in their homes, at parks, or at other favorite locations.

My husband Steve and I married in 2007 and have four kids. Henry (12), Amelia (10), Havyn (9), and Arlie (6) sure keep us busy but they are teaching us so much!

We are members at Southeast Christian Church and love our church. I thank God daily for His many blessings because without Him we are nothing.
